Gabriela Celeste

After more than 20 years of existence, the company Eno.Rolland became Eno. It is the beginning of a new stage, led by the engineer Gabriela Celeste.
Eno stands out due to its oenological traditional and non-traditional analysis laboratory, and the viticultural and oenological consultancy. It was this way since its beginning by 1999.
More than 25 years of experience back Gabriela Celeste’s career, plus all the knowledge acquired working with Michel Rolland and Pascal Chatonnet, founding partners at Eno.Rolland.

“I am completely grateful to the Rolland family for the opportunity I am given, and specially to my master and mentor Michel Rolland, who I am going to keep in touch with for the rest of my life.”

Said Gabriela when she accepted the challenge.
